iHeartFaces Weekly Contest: Oh So Silly!

Tricia and Cam are the epitome of the perfect couple. I was a little worried when we showed up to do their engagement session because it was totally overcast and starting to rain, but that didn’t stop us from having fun! Both brilliant students and college athletes at one of the most prestigious universities in the country, they also share amazing personalities and a hilarious sense of humor. I was laughing so hard the whole session that I’m surprised all of their images didn’t come out blurry. Thank goodness for VR lenses! We decided towards the end of the session that since they are both so athletic, it would be fun to have both of them climb up this tree and sit on the branch together. Cam helped Tricia up, but when it came to his turn, he just couldn’t quite make it! We were all laughing so hard as he kept trying to jump and pull himself onto the branch. I caught this shot just as we were about to give up. We eventually found something for Cam to stand and we did get both of them up in the tree. So much fun! Cam and Tricia even decided to use this as their Save the Date image! I can’t wait for their beautiful wedding this June!! Loved the antique look of the bride’s room.

Rina: 2 Years

Rina is one of my favorite kiddos to photograph, and guess what? She is now the big sister to twin sisters! I enjoy every session I do with Rina’s family and always love seeing Rina’s personality grow. She is one of the funniest 2 year olds I know, not to mention completely adorable. Enjoy some of my favorite shots from her 2 year session this November!
